Resident Handbook CCS QR Code Card

In order to promote the Considerate Constructor Scheme to residents and encourage them to view the schemes website, we decided to attach an NFC and QR code on a re-usable business card to the front cover of our Residents’ Handbook.

As well as containing the Lead Resident Liaisons Officer’s direct contact details, it also directed anyone scanning the code or with NFC enabled on their phones straight to CCS website. For those without these facilities, the website address was also shown.

The introduction of the cards has raised awareness of the Scheme as a whole with residents with it being at the forefront of our literature.
