Rewarding Employees for Donating Blood
We have decided to encourage our workers to give blood. We have done this by creating leaflets that are displayed on all of our sites encouraging our workers to become blood donors. In return, we will reward them with an extra half a day’s pay on top of their wages if they register to give blood.
A blood donation truly is a ‘gift of life’ that a healthy individual can give to others in their community who are sick or injured. In one hour’s time, a person can donate one unit of blood that could help save multiple lives.
Clearly Renovations are backing an international campaign to encourage more donors to register and save more lives.
