Washbox System

This contractor has established a washbox equipment wash station which has its own water supply, which goes through five filter bags to remove waste and ensure that waste water is cleaned for reuse by site workers to safely and quickly clean their tools.

This eliminates the need to use fresh water and prevents harmful products and chemicals being leaked into the surrounding environment.

The station is also mobile, allowing for easy relocation to where it is required on site, reducing time spent by site workers moving between where they are working and a traditional fixed station. This saves 98% of water that is usually used for tool washing.
