Building Management Systems installed in Site Welfare and Offices

This contractor has implemented Building Management Systems (BMS) within the site, these track and monitor data received from the sensors in each room.

This system detects when anyone enters a room and uses that data to control heating, light and air conditioning. Using this system manages the usage of energy on site, by the use of manageable schedules to ensure the system is only active when required.

The data is monitored and summarised, giving an overview of further ways to reduce the energy use, as well as showing the current energy use.

Using this system will greatly reduce the energy consumption throughout the duration of the project, giving accurate figures on the current usage.
