Absorptive Noise Barrier

This contractor has implemented a Glass Reinforced Plastic absorptive acoustic barrier system alongside the train line.

The barrier is made of composite materials that are based on recycled polymers allowing clients to develop sustainable construction credentials. The high density composite surfaces in conjunction with high density mineral infill panels ensure consistent high acoustic performance throughout the length of the barrier.

In addition to this the barrier has a number of other benefits including high tensile strength, lightweight, corrosion resistant, extremely durable with a longer life span than timber, cost effective, low maintenance and easy to install.
