AI Briefing System

This contractor employed the Synthesia AI avatar system to voice over in house videos using  3D modelled images and animations to visually communicate a variety of systems to the workforce. This is an AI avatar system that can voice over any animated document developed by simply typing the text into the system.

The system allows you to choose from over 120 avatars allowing you to select the voice and appearance that will engage most with the people the communication is aimed at. This gives an extremely realistic perception of a live presenter on screen.

The system is additionally linked to chat GPT allowing it to translate to over 120 languages. This reduces the process of developing video briefings from approximately 1 week per video to under 1 day. This allows for the wider use of this method of communication and allows project teams to move away from the core generic videos that are typically developed to a site specific detail driven video.

In addition to this all safety bulletins are now sent out using this system to create an engaging voiced over safety learning session allowing them to be played on the various screens within our project canteens and welfare areas.
