Animated Safety Bulletins

It is vital that safety messages are communicated in a clear and accessible manner to ensure they are understood. Sites should be thinking of ways to engage their workforce with safety bulletins to enhance understanding.

See the examples below for how one site achieved this:

  • Animations were created to visually show a safety incident and what should have been done differently.
  • This replaced a system whereby incidents were communicated through issuing paper copies.
  • The animations make it easier to understand the messages and has resulted in more attention being paid to safety bulletins
