An augmented reality helmet and associated software have been used by this contractor to view future and existing services in real time buildings.
The augmented reality helmet helps to detect clashes and real onsite issues before they become an issue, this is great for the industry as a lot of clashes can be seen on models but some are still very much missed till services are ready to be installed.
This technology can save cost and time for the contractor by locating issues earlier.
