Building Mental Health

With the increase of staff on site and added work loads leading to high pressure situations and time sensitive jobs to be completed, we implemented a full site stand down to carry out the ‘Building Mental Health’ toolbox talk.

We arranged for all contractors on site to be available for the presentation, and provided an opportunity for conversation and engagement from the staff on site. Staff were happy to give feedback, provide examples for the discussion points, and were made aware of the services that are in place should they need a contact for professional mental health advice.

All staff were issued their bronze ‘m’ helmet sticker also.
