Chatty Café

The site has developed a concept called Chatty Café, which is a forum for site personnel who may be seeking help with their mental health issues.

The site believes that approaches towards mental health should be more than just posters on the canteen wall, and should take the form of sharing stories and group activities.

The forum is intended to encourage individuals to open up and is supported by guidance, advice and referrals. Chatty Café is managed by the company’s trained mental health first aiders.
