CLOCS Monitoring App

The industry’s enthusiastic uptake of the Construction Logistics and Community Safety (CLOCS) initiative comes with it the need to keep track of a site’s performance against the CLOCS Standard.

See the examples below for how one site addressed this:

  • The company has produced their own CLOCS monitoring app which enables them to improve efficiency and increase compliance standards.
  • The app helps to improve data capture and minimises the risks of CLOCS check forms going missing, illegible handwriting and the administrative time necessary to type up results.
  • Whilst there are various off-the-shelf applications which can be used, the company utilised their in-house expertise to build their own app to meet their specific needs.
  • The site scored highly in their CLOCS compliance check by the Scheme, demonstrating the successful use of the app.
