Drone Footage

As part of Pacy & Wheatley’s on-going work with Burnholme Care Home, we have commissioned drone footage of the York site to offer a fresh perspective of our latest project.

We commissioned SkyeServe, a South Yorkshire-based company, to capture the development of the 80-bed care home. This video highlights how much has changed on-site since the turf-cutting ceremony on 12 June of this year. Abundant progress has been made on the foundations, substructure masonry, and ground floor precast installations, alongside masonry superstructure and perimeter ground works.

Drones, also known as Small Unmanned Aircraft, are becoming very popular across many different industries. They can fly up to around 400 ft and offer a new perspective for businesses and clients – both metaphorically and literally! We love this video and plan on scheduling two more drone footage updates: once during the roof installation and another when the project is complete.
