This contractor has identified that by allowing their employees to make planters for the site hoardings has had a positive impact on they workers’ mental health. It has also boosted the team’s morale when it was turned into a friendly competition.

They believe by encouraging their employees to get involved in their planting schemes and connecting them with the nature, benefits, not only the workers and their mental health but also the company as a result of having happier and more relaxed employees, not mentioning great looking hoardings.
