Fulmax Booth Used to Engage the Workforce

The use of a ‘Fulmax Booth’ has been introduced to promote and meaningfully engage the workforce on the benefits of ‘getting it right’ with the public and the key areas focused on by the Considerate Constructors Scheme.

New operatives on their first day must participate in a VR pre-filmed walk  from the site welfare area on the south of the project along campus roads for its approx 800 metre length, issues such as shared cycle ways, guided bus routes, narrow paths, mandatory dangerous manned crossing points and the showing of respect etc to public all being topics of discussion.
