‘Inspire to Aspire’ Personal Mentoring
In conjunction with Salford Foundation and the Albion Academy, the contractor has taken part in a 7 week program called ‘Inspire to Aspire’.
The ‘Inspire to Aspire’ mentoring is a business-led mentoring programme, which engages Year 8 and 9 students in activities focusing on effective communication, teambuilding, time management, self awareness and problem solving.
These are all vital skills for whichever industry they enter after leaving school.
The contractor will be restarting these lessons once lockdown is over.
