Morning Exercise to Promote Better Wellbeing

On Langley Court, Roadbridge have introduced a new programme called’ Stretch and Flex to Success’.

On a daily basis, after the morning safety briefing has been completed, a 10 minute exercise routine is performed and all employees and subcontractors are encouraged to participate.

This benefits the workers in many ways, not only by warming them up and making them more alert, but it also helps to prevent injury and promotes better wellbeing.

This has benefited us at Langley Court particularly in the last couple of months, as most of our labour intensive tasks are been undertaken during this period.

Currently over 30,000 man-hours have been worked without a single lost-time injury.
