On our site, we have a workforce made up of people from different multi-cultural backgrounds, so we thought it would be a good idea to produce a calendar to raise awareness of the different festivals and events that different individuals may celebrate or observe throughout the year.

This has encouraged the workforce to find out more about other faiths and religions, and has invoked people to undertake discussions around their different backgrounds, which has raised awareness.

The calendars are on display in the main site office, kitchen and in the operatives welfare cabins, where they can be seen by  office based staff, visitors, operational staff, subcontractors and suppliers.
