Offsite Manufacture of Timber Frame Panels

This is a new method of construction that changes the way the industry build houses for conservation areas where a traditional brick finish is required. This building has been constructed using a Local Homes Eco200 timber panel combined with a Saint-Gobain brickslip system.

This allows offsite manufacture of a finished panel to come to site on a truck, for erection rather than requiring bricklayers to complete the external façade.

This speeds up the build process, reduces disruption for the local residents and facilitates the use of new building techniques in areas where traditional finishes are required.
