Pedestrian Crossing

The construction of our project at Apsley requires the diversion of footpaths to accommodate the works.

The footpaths are used frequently by the local residents of the Manor Estate and particularly by school children from the local Primary School, Two Waters.

To ensure the safety of children and all public users, we have introduced an ‘on demand’ controlled pedestrian crossing within our traffic management arrangement to ensure that a blind bend in the road can be crossed safely and without risk.

This has been received extremely well by the community and the local school in particular.
