Promoting Health and Wellbeing

The site team were determined to ensure that the Health & Wellbeing of the workforce is not just maintained, but improved throughout the life cycle of the construction works.

With this in mind, they have brought in the services of Impact Fitness to run regular fitness classes to get the blood flowing and the workforce ready for the day ahead.

This proactive approach is being used alongside the onsite dedicated Health and Wellbeing machine which measures blood pressure, weight, height and BMI. This enables everyone on site to regularly monitor their statistics and, where required, increase their exercise levels.
