Red Light to Inform Operatives that Hoist is Out of Service

On this project they have 13 car hoist, covering 6 building and basement areas, and they have implemented a system to inform workforce when hoist are out of action.

On every hoist landing they have installed a red light (hoarding light). In case the hoist is out of service, then hoist operator will then switch on the red light.

A Sign is displayed on every hoist landing area informing ‘Please note, if Red Lights is on Hoist is out of action’.

Additional to that, all hoist information is posted on the project’s coordination WhatsApp group.
