Resident Friendly Scaffold Covering

The HSE standard for external works on high rise buildings mandated Monarflex covering to the scaffold.

This would have meant no views out or direct daylight for over a year. This was deemed to be medically harmful to a number of tenants, particularly those with autism.

The site negotiated with suppliers and HSE and obtained approval for triple stitched netting to be used instead.

This provides sufficient transparency to maintain a view and also sufficient daylight to mitigate the special needs.
