Carbon Offsetting through the Carbon Neutral Company

Carbon emissions should be monitored and reduced to help minimise pollution and protect the environment.

Carbon offsetting is the reduction in emissions of carbon dioxide or greenhouse gasses made in order to compensate for or to offset an emission made elsewhere.

Many construction companies have carbon offset their works with projects overseas which will save carbon emissions equivalent to those that they emit.

Willmott Dixon and Skanska among others, work with the Carbon Neutral Company to offset their emissions.

The Carbon Neutral Company sources projects across the world such as reforestation and solar/wind power installations in countries that are in need of these developments.

This not only has an environmental benefit but also improves the lives of the communities living there.
