GRAHAM have developed an online portal to manage their wellbeing programme more effectively, allowing employees to self-manage diagnostics, appointments and gain access to additional wellbeing support resources including videos on wellbeing subjects and access to national and local wellbeing services.

Accessible through the intranet for staff and employees the GRAHAM Wellbeing Hub promotes key wellbeing messages to everyone, from the monthly wellbeing Calendar campaigns and Occupational Health priorities as well as topical wellbeing news and blogs to improve overall wellbeing awareness.

Part of the expectation of the GRAHAM Wellbeing Hub is that it will offer localised news and good practice of what regions, sites and offices are getting involved with or are achieving in the pursuit of wellbeing.

This resource will be a vital support for staff who might be living and/or working away from home on a regular basis in finding local support and services when they need it – ensuring that they stay healthy and well when apart from their family and friends.
