The combined façade and precast slab modules which are installed within this structure increases speed of build and supports safety by use of a structurally completed façade.

This initiative has many benefits including:

  • Reducing environmental impact through reduced logistics and concrete pours
  • Reducing impact of the build on the local community
  • Increases speed of build – entire floor completed in a five-day cycle
  • Modules assembled at off-site facility
  • Brought to site as one module and lifted onto specifically designed props
  • Façade already complete structurally, creating edge protection straight away
