Independent Cab Heaters

A cab heater has been installed to use during colder periods to reduce fuel consumption. The independent cab heaters mean that engines in the machines do not have to be on which then reduces idling times.

Reduction on fuel is an important issue not just within construction but globally. This is a cost efficient way of managing the current crisis we have on fuel consumption without having to re-design plant equipment and generate waste in machinery that would become redundant once new ideas of more sustainable plant are introduced.

The independent cab heaters are not only a reduction in fuel consumption but also mean the wellbeing of staff is maintained.
