Safe Securing of Concrete Lines

The site team has developed a formal method for securely fastening concrete lines to aluminium shoring system decks, enhancing the conventional practice of wedging the line between a timber section and a waler secured with Dywidag ties.

This improved method eliminates the risk of unintended lateral movement by ensuring the pipe is securely positioned within a designated hanger.

Additionally, the system requires no on-site drilling of timbers and removes the hazard associated with protruding Dywidag ties.
