Hollyfields have implemented a running dashboard to measure our health, safety and environmental targets. This consists of compiling data from health and safety audits, carried out by Directors and Group Health and Safety staff, creating tables and measuring this against our benchmark. We are also analysing weekly interventions logged by our site team, which involves reporting health and safety issues on our company-wide portal.
By presenting this in a clear visual manner, we have been able monitor our target compliance and identify weak areas. The implementation of the dashboard has allowed the site team to better understand what our targets are on site, and where areas of improvement are required. In turn, this has enhanced safety on site, which is evident in the rolling report.
