On The Broadway, project we have decided to set up a book club to encourage social engagement.

Reading increases the blood flow and improves connectivity in the brain, which we believe is a good way for those on the construction site to switch off from work.

Every month a new book is introduced, with a discussion at the end of the month to share thoughts on and recommendations for new reads.
