Virtual Work Programme for Business Skills Foundation Apprentices

As part of community engagement on their project, the contractor has supported a new virtual programme for West Highland College Foundation Apprentice Business Skills students.

The virtual programme has pupils participating in monthly live webinars with the contractors staff as well as completing monthly reports relating to Business Engagement, Marketing and Work Winning.

In January 2021, pupils were joined by guest speaker Bob Dow, Communications and Marketing Manager with hub North Scotland. Bob provided an insight into the importance of brand and pupils were also joined by guest speaker Kirsten Sadler, Business Engagement Manager with the contractor.

Once the programme is completed, pupils will gain an Industrial Cadet certificate for completing all elements of programme.
