CITB’s Go Construct Campaign
Go Construct is an industry wide initiative that aims to attract, inform and retain a talented workforce for the Construction and Built Environment sector, and has been developed with more than 200 construction employers, schools, colleges and those with a passion for construction.
It will consist of a common gateway website, giving people access to a range of useful and practical resources including:
- Information on Apprenticeships and available funding;
- Advice and guidance on how to take on an apprentice;
- Matching new entrants with employer opportunities for work experience and jobs with training;
- A variety of inspirational careers education and resources to help employers showcase construction and support recruitment into the industry, such as presentations, activities and case study challenges;
- Access to impactful marketing materials to promote construction using the Go Construct brand including; posters, site hoardings and digital media assets.
