Happiness Index

This contractor is empowering their management team to drive positive change by putting employee engagement and happiness at the top of the agenda.

The workforce, irrespective of employment status, are encouraged to check-in and share how they are coping. Access to check-in is available on site notice boards, and pre-start briefings by scanning a QR code and feedback can be anonymous.

The results inform the monthly Happiness Index of the contractor and gives insight into the wellbeing of the workforce and the internal and external factors that are impacting their lives. By understanding what the workforce are thinking and feeling they can build on an organisational culture that allows their people to not only survive, but also thrive.
