Career Pathway Poster Campaign

With an impending skills shortage, it is vital that the construction industry makes a concerted effort to attract new recruits. One of the most effective ways of promoting construction careers is through poster campaigns.

See the examples below for how one site developed this concept:

  • Rather than use standard format posters, the site team developed their own poster campaign to encourage new people into the industry.
  • The poster series focused on providing information about construction careers which is not widely known, such as a timeline of career progression and prospective salary indicators.
  • The campaign featured personal testimonials from a diverse range of company staff to showcase that construction is a great career which is open to people of all backgrounds.

This campaign has produced informative and effective posters, which will hopefully encourage more people to consider a career in construction.
