Drawing from his lived experience within the construction sector, Zak delivered an on-site presentation that resonated deeply with the team. His story not only raised critical awareness around the dangers of steroid use but also offered a support network for those affected or at risk.

With physical appearance becoming an increasingly dominant concern among young people particularly driven by social media and image culture steroid abuse is rising, especially among young men. This trend poses serious risks to both physical and mental health.
