Stonewall LGBT Diversity Champions Programme

All members of the workforce should feel included and respected, no matter their age, gender, race, religion or sexual preference.

Sites have visited the Stonewall charity for education in positive recruitment, engagement and retention of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) workers within the industry, with plans for Stonewall representatives to visit the site to wider workforce information and education.

The charity Stonewall’s ‘Diversity Champions programme’, helps employers to ensure that workplaces are inclusive for LGBT staff.

All of the companies and organisations involved are wanting to ensure that everyone on site is treated equally and fairly, and to attract talented individuals from all walks of life.
