Drinkaware – Alcohol and Stress – April

Drinkaware have created a poster to encourage people to deal with stress without using alcohol in April.

This poster focusses on what individuals can do to reduce their alcohol intake and the methods available to deal with stress.

This can include:

  • Doing some form of exercise or physical activity
  • Relaxation methods like yoga or meditation
  • Doing something you enjoy like listening to music or watching a comedy.
