Drinkaware – Cut Back This January

Drinkaware have created a poster to encourage people to cut back on their drinking from January.

The easiest way to have drink-free days is to plan activities that do not involve drinking alcohol during the week.

These can include:

  • Exercise and playing sports
  • Hobbies such as arts and crafts, cooking and games
  • Culture such as going to the cinema or a museum
  • Self care such as having a massage or going to a spa
