Gaining Community Feedback Through a Scavenger Hunt

The contractor created a 7 day ‘Easter Tramtastic scavenger hunt’ engagement campaign involving the erection of nine community boards along the route which gave work updates and information and displayed a QR code which participants scanned to answer project related questions which were available in 7 different languages.

The code also linked them to the project’s website and social media plus a rated survey – the 350 participants all received a ‘goody bag’ including an easter egg, colouring pad, pens and a newsletter.

A team member dressed as the Easter Bunny and 25 team members volunteered in their own time on a Saturday to assist along the route – the feedback was fantastic achieving a survey rating of 4.75 out of 5.
