Immersive Induction

‘Immersive’ is the first fully interactive induction that covers the whole induction process from start to finish.

When they started to plan their goals for the Everton Stadium Project, they decided to target the areas that have failed to develop in line with modern learning and engagement techniques. The Site Induction (Health and Safety) whether on a construction site, manufacturing, engineering, retail or private sector is the first interaction with a new employee and sets the standards and expectations of what everyone can expect as part of a new team. The use of PowerPoint presentations to engage and inform has become less effective as we evolve socially, learning by social media interaction was their inspiration to create a vehicle that could be used and adapted across the whole business, industry and beyond.

Since they installed their Immersive Learning Space and promoted its benefits, the contractor has installed the system in 5 locations including Australia, whilst mandating it across future projects and offices. Once they started to develop the induction, they quickly realised that this was only the starting point, and that they could start to deliver a range of training and activities. The contractor currently have a long list of future modules for consideration and development.

These sessions are designed to make the project/organisation more efficient in delivering the needs of the business.
