Virtual Visitor Centre

This contractor used a virtual engagement ‘room’ to interact with their stakeholders and members of the community.

The room is designed as if you are walking around a public drop-in session, with videos, project background and photos and there is an option to submit feedback, comments and questions which goes straight to the project team.

Throughout the pandemic construction companies have had to use new ways to engage with communities who otherwise might not be reached. The virtual visitor centre is online 24-7 with an option to follow up that engagement with a two-way interaction.

It is more cost-effective and convenient for the community and using virtual tools means they can reach a wider audience.
