Wellbeing Check Up for the Workforce

T-Cup assisted the contractor gain insight into wellbeing of the workforce and providing a tool to manage and support workforce wellbeing.

The Check Up system has employees reflect for 60 seconds on 9 categories; aligned to the World Health Organisation’s definition of wellbeing, anonymously accessed by weblink or QR code.

The process will be run via the contractors monthly meetings to maximise engagement.

Post-reflection, individuals receive targeted, expert-led wellbeing content, along with signposting to existing support.

Leaders can review a real-time dashboard of a team’s wellbeing across multiple demographics, underpinning the business wellbeing strategy with data, and providing managers with equipment to support their people.
