This contractor is using project management tools to assist in the monitoring and improvement of construction delivery to the schemes values.

MSite – Labour management is used for locality reporting as a customer social value target tool and also for digitising briefing sessions to all construction and site visitors.

JCB Livelink plant telematics are used to manage and monitor plant utilisation and idling times aiding their emissions control and reduction targets as set out in their social value action plan.

H&S observation reporting dashboard is used to track trends to inform project briefing and response to improve as well as sharing good practice from the field.

The DigiHub is a new inclusive way in managing the projects delivery phase and provides clear live data to the site team aiding informed quick decisions to improve the overall delivery. The screens are set up with a wide range of dashboards each screening key project data direct to the project team at the touch of a button. This quick and easy access to this data keeps the delivery team more informed and is inclusive to all.
