Drinkaware have created a poster to encourage people to cut back on their drinking in March.

This poster focusses on what individuals can do around World Sleep Day to reduce their alcohol intake and have a better night’s sleep.

This can include:

  • Avoiding drinking too close to your bedtime.
  • Ensure your bedroom is tidy and uncluttered before you go to bed.
  • Make a list of things to tackle the next day so they are not in your head when you go to sleep.
